Describe your Project Idea and how it originated:

The idea is to develop an app to have the opportunity of connecting with new people whilst travelling with others or alone. Nowadays, there are a lot of dating apps but only a few to make other types of connections.

What problem do you want to address with this Project? Why do you want to address this problem? How does your Project address this problem?

As we have all experienced past difficulties whilst travelling to make new friends, connect with new people and live new experiences out of our comfort zone, we decided to create this project to help those who do not feel confident enough to take the first step in meeting new people, engaging in new relationships and discovering the hidden gems of the places they visit.

What will be the product? Describe the primary product/service offered by your company.

The product will be an app with different categories: 

  • Basic: you choose a city and random people that happen to be there appear. If you match you can send them a message. Limited likes. -------- -FMT+: Unlimited likes. --------- -FTM Gold: Match with people instantly, choose who sees you, and put filters, preferences and plans you are doing FILTERS: gender, age, exact location PLANS: mountains/beach, cinema, museums, coffee, beer. Here there will be a section that shows you the current events in the chosen destination and if you join them you can match with the people also going there.

What kind of competitors do you have? How will you compete with them?

Tinder, bumble, Badoo ----> our app is not only for people searching for a relationship Coachsurfing, world packing, backpackers ---> our app is not for staying at other people's places.

What is your tone of voice? What is your Brand Philosophy? What are the main values of your project?

Our tone is soft, friendly and open-minded. The brand philosophy is to help people who are either solo travellers or even with friends since life is best when enjoyed with others. The values of the brand are passion for travelling, friendship, love, networking, excitement and empathy.

What is your primary logo? Wordmark? Brandmark?

Yes. Application designer, app content manager, statistics manager and publicity manager.

Organizational Timeline

Timetable of how you will build your Company or Digital Enterprise Project:

  • First month - Brainstorming
  • Second month - Logo and brandmark design and content of the app
  • Third month - App configuration and publicity 
  • Fourth month - Final touches and security to the app. More publicity. 
  • Fifth month - App launch.

As one of our company's main values is quality of life, our employees will have the option of either working from home or at our offices. Our main offices will be company property with computers and all the necessary technology needed to keep the app running. We will also provide computers for those who decide to work from home.

Future Plans: Describe in what way, you will expand your project (e.g., through future products or plans). In what ways, can your company/project be expanded?

We will be open to collaborations with other companies and also previous customers who would like to share their experiences with other people. We will use many different ways and platforms to publicize our app although we also trust that the best publicity strategy is word-of-mouth.

Target Audience: What is your target audience? What kind of needs are you trying to address?

Our target audience is travellers of all ages, shapes and sizes. To help people engage with others whilst travelling in a less stressful manner.

Pricing: How will you price the product/service? Will this price be affordable for your target audience? What will you do if the price is higher for your target audience? How will you manage to get a lower price?

Initially, the app will be free to all, however, we will have additional services at different prices, in order to cover the costs of the company. We will find ways to cut down the costs of running the company by fomenting working from home.

Advertising: How will you advertise your product/service?

On other web pages, YouTube ads, social media and collaborations.
