Bike servicing app; A bike service app give cyclists the opportunity to get their bikes booked for service in just a few taps. It gives the chance users to streamline the entire maintenance procedure.

What problem do you want to address with this Project? Why you want to address this problem? How does your Project address this problem?

We solve the traffic problem, air pollution problem and the sedentary lifestyle problem.

What will be the product? Describe the primary product/service offered by your company.

There will be particular aspects to your app that will be quite specific to the service you'd offer. 1. Bespoke registration - the registration will require users to enter detail not just not of themselves but of their bikes too - model of bike, the year it was purchased, cobdition. 2. Personalised dashboard - with this we ensure that they will think of ours first when looking for similar services or products in the future. 3. Categorised services - based on how intensive they are or often they are used. It has a section for custom repairs, where users should be able to find all the custom services possible for their respective bikes.

What kind of competitors do you have? How will you compete with them?

There isn't this kind of service in most parts of Bulgaria. There is one site "Orange rental bike" in Varna and in Sofia. But they don't have apps and it's inconvenient.

Riding bike is fun, improves your physical and mental well-being, is convenient for getting around locally and is environmentally friendly.

We will start with a team with people from different ages, backgrounds, skill sets and experience. We believe this diversity is the key of success. Each person will have a certain task according to their abilities.

  • October 2022 - Pre-campaign planning (clarify objectives, goals, engage leaders, select consultants)
  • December 2022 - Feasibility study (engage consultants, interview donators, recommend plan) 
  • February 2023 - Plan campaign (timeline and policies, determine working goal, enlist campaign committee) 
  • March 2023 - Campaign kick-off (announce campaign goal, progress, celebrate success, highest major donators, initiate public phases, press and media campaign) 
  • June 2023 - Follow through (finalise naming, accounting systems, final campaign, report)

We could expand it through offering electric bikes. Their advantages are: - it's easier to ride - helps with hills and rough roads and at the same time improves physical health - faster and safer - with a regular bike a person can travel 10 miles per hour, but an e-bike can reach 20 - tend to be safer as you can accelerate faster, keep up with traffic Pricing: 15€/ hour ; 50€/ day

Target Audience: What is your target audience? What kind of needs are you trying to address?

Our target audience is people who want to avoid the traffic and reach any place in time easily on a bike. Also the ones who want to ride a bike for leisure or maybe just because it is good for their health. You can also plan a vacation and rent a bike from the app.

Pricing: How will you price the product/service? Will this price be affordable for your target audience? What will you do if the price is higher for your target audience? How will you manage to get a lower price?

Depends of the duration and type of the bike you need. it starts from 10€ for 4 hours 20€ for whole day up to 100€ for hight end mountain bikes Will have promotional prices for more days and add a free time for regular customers.

Advertising: How will you advertise your product/service?

Social media - Instagram, Facebook and Tiktok page, will work with influencers. Bloggers and influencers offer brands a trust and connection to an audience that traditional advertising cannot compete with. Brands see influencers as a media channel offering a 1-on-1 conversation with potential consumers, therefore influencing purchasing behaviour incredibly. Compared to traditional advertising, influencer marketing is a bargain. You know their audience. You know the average engagement you can expect from their content.
