What our participants told us about the project.
We are participated in training course Digital Empathy in Cyprus.
Violetta: Hello! Through a series of workshops, lectures, and group discussions, we delved into the ways in which technology can both enhance and hinder our ability to connect with one another on a deeper level. We also had the opportunity to collaborate on creative projects that aimed to promote digital empathy in our communities. Overall, the "Digital Empathy" project was a truly eye-opening and enriching experience. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to participate and learn from such a talented and passionate group of individuals. Thank you for considering me for this opportunity.
Anastasia: It was a great opportunity to delve into the problem of empathy on the Internet and understand this area. It was a very productive week when we were able to examine the problem from different sides. I really liked the activity with thinking through a local project, we were told the concept for writing a project, which is useful and applied in another area.
Julia: The project was based on the topic of digital empathy, which is based on emotional practices in group work within project activities, digital and media literacy. In the course of work, we worked a lot in groups, created our own web pages, got to know each other through various tasks related to expressing opinions, acting, showing our feelings / fears, drawing and so on. This project has developed my social skills, teamwork, creativity, improved my language skills and much more. I especially want to highlight the reflection at the end of the day when we had to describe our day with an association cards. I also want to note the participants, it was very interesting to communicate with versatile and talented people.
Jana: The topic of this project was directly related to digital empathy. This term and its significance are little understood, however, in the field of new technologies and inventions, this issue needs to be raised and discussed. The project gave a lot of knowledge and exercises to train the skill of digital empathy. Within the framework of the project, we had many activities that helped to reveal the topic to a greater extent. The activities were really useful, interesting and unique.
